1.1 Northwood is committed to upholding and respecting human rights without exception. We recognise our responsibility to ensure that human rights are respected, promoted, and protected throughout our operations and supply chain. This commitment is guided by internationally recognised principles, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Labour Organization’s (ILO) Core Conventions, and the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
1.2 We proudly uphold the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) Base Code, which sets the global standard for ethical labour This commitment is signed and endorsed by our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and reflects our dedication to ensuring dignity, fairness, and respect for all individuals associated with our business.

3.5 Colleagues, workers, suppliers, and stakeholders will have access to confidential reporting mechanisms to raise concerns without fear of retaliation.

We will continuously review and strengthen our policies and practices ensuring they align with evolving UK regulations, global standards, and stakeholder expectations.
